I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

PROPER TECHNIQUE = REAL RESULTS
Quantity is not the most important factor when gauging the effectiveness of a workout. Believe it or not, it's the quality of the exercise, or proper form, that unlocks your potential and reduces vulnerabilities to injury.
Whether working out at home or the gym, don't fall for the illusion of just 'knocking out your daily reps.' In my experience, this mindset works against many well-meaning fitness enthusiasts, and they end up getting injured.
So why is it so important to pay attention to form?
-
Proper technique helps minimize the chances of injury for the person doing the movement.
-
Proper technique also uses efficient body mechanics, which maximizes the available strength and energy of the movement.
Don't risk injury and less-than results from bad form. Getting professional help from someone like me who can demonstrate the right way to do the exercise while keeping you in the zone is the best way to start seeing real results.
ALWAYS A CUSTOM WORKOUT
My goal is to create a custom plan that helps you achieve your health and fitness goals while keeping you injury-free.
Here are some of my most popular offerings.
SPEED & AGILITY CLINICS
Overall Athletic Performace
This program is excellent for staying sharp in the off-season or keeping you in top form for your current sport. It focuses on using proper mechanics to maximize performance while preventing injuries that may sideline even the most seasoned athlete. Each session highlights different aspects of speed and agility, such as acceleration, deceleration, flexibility, balance, first-step power, and more. Training can be non-sport specific or customized to any of the following sports: basketball, baseball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, football, and lacrosse.
STRENGTH TRAINING
A Healthier You
This program's principal aspects are building core strength, endurance, range of motion, and overall power. The unique program I've developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve your overall health. Again, injury prevention is a critical focal point, as it is in all of our training. Age-appropriate exercises combined with an importance placed on proper technique help athletes make steady, lasting improvements while creating a solid foundation to continue building for years to come. This program is designed for people 13 and older and can be tailored to specific sports.
PLYOMETRIC TRAINING
Exceeding Expectations
Plyometrics, also known as "jump training," are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time. As with all of our programs, this starts first with learning the proper techniques to prevent injury, as it helps athletes develop skills to control their body in the air and develop the correct form for take-off and landing. The training focuses on quick, explosive movements designed to increase speed, power, and vertical leap. Many times plyos are used to improve athletic performance; however, they are also used to accelerate fat loss, build strength and improve endurance.
